The spin-charge relation and magnetism (SCREAM) lab focuses on three areas of research related to magnetic materials and devices. The first area is materials, which aims to optimize various heterostructures for potential applications in next generation magnetic devices. The second area is spintronic device engineering, which explores the spin Hall effect and its potential applications in the MRAM industry. The lab also investigates the dynamics of domain walls and other spin textures in magnetic heterostructures for more unconventional applications such as neuromorphic computing.
