The NEMS Research Center at National Taiwan University was established in 1999 with the primary goal to foster talent and develop advanced technology in the field of NEMS/MEMS. In addition to talent cultivation, the research center is responsible for research and development, integration, and promoting industrial development. The center's core value is to cultivate innovative talents and technologies in the NEMS/MEMS field. The center currently operates two cleanroom facilities located in the building of Institute of Applied Mechanics on the main campus and in the NTU Building for Research Excellence on the Shui-Yuan campus, providing training and qualification services of nanofabrication equipment for academic users and industry users, as well as staff operation services.
